A wonderful Italian Evening at Solo

We had dinner at Solo and it turned out to be such a lovely experience from start to finish.
The outdoor terrace is beautiful and really comfortable, especially with the heaters that make it easy to enjoy sitting outside in the evening. The live music added a really nice touch and created a warm, romantic atmosphere without feeling forced.
The food was honestly outstanding. The Neapolitan pizza was exactly how it should be – soft, airy crust, perfectly balanced toppings, and full of flavor. Everything tasted fresh and authentic. Dessert was just as impressive and definitely worth saving room for.
A big thank you to Sai, Nafi, Neetha, Anirudh, and Abhay for the kind and attentive service. You were all so welcoming and made the evening even more enjoyable.
And compliments to the kitchen team – Krishna, Bishnu, Rahu, and Svojith – for delivering such high-quality dishes. You can really tell there’s care and skill behind the food.
We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily recommend Solo to anyone looking for great Italian cuisine in a beautiful setting.

Good size of room, breakfast is very average and lower level than 5 stars hotel but fantastic rooms and well priced value for money in general fine hotel

This is a top notch hotel in Dubai, not of the new but it is of the best. Great staff!
I think the amenities like the pool might be much more useful if they extend the hours of use, now it closes at 6pm it should be at least until 8pm that is when the weather is better for that. The breakfast and all the food in the restaurant is of the best quality

Excellent hotel, excellent staff and all were very helpful. Large and comfortable rooms. Gym and lobby also first class. Food was better that we expected and the pizza from the all day dining was some of the best we have had. Only very slight negative was the pool area, maybe slight dated in 2026, but functional all the same. 5* Raffles...
