worst hotel in dubai !
One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Service was extremely poor from check-in to check-out. Waiting over 45 minutes for valet service and 10–15 minutes for elevators became a daily issue. A request for water was ignored until the next day, housekeeping standards were poor, and staff appeared overwhelmed and unfriendly due to understaffing. The breakfast area was overcrowded, with long waits for service. I even requested an early check-out because of the experience, but my refund request was refused. Very disappointing and far below the standards expected in Dubai.
