Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note that due to payment procedures, debit cards cannot be used at the time of booking. You must use a valid credit card at the time of booking which might be pre-authorized prior to arrival date. Debit cards can only be used upon arrival at the property. Guests are required to show a valid, original ID and credit card upon check-in. A refundable deposit will be collected at check-in for all villa bookings. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Half board or Full board do not include special events, Brunch, Christmas Eve, Christmas Brunch, and New Year's Eve Gala Dinner. Please note that our Club Rotana operating from 07:00 Am – 23:00 • Breakfast 07:30 – 11:00 AM in the lounge, however the guest will have the two options lounge/Sim Sim • Afternoon Tea : 15:00 – 17:00 • Evening Canape : 18:00 – 20:00 The maximum occupancy in a room is 2 adults and 2 kids. We understand that families often travel together, and we welcome children of all ages to stay with their parents or adults. For children aged 0-11, they can stay with their parents or adults in the existing bed provided in the room. However, for children above 11 years old, an extra bed can be requested at an additional fee.
