Ignore the old photos - theres a new Pyramisa on site
Ignore any reviews that talk about 'tired old rooms'. As can be seen in the photos, we were staying in the recently completed newer part of the hotel complex. We did not know this at the time - however it is noticeable just how modern and slick the building and finish quality is compared to the look of the other older 'red' looking building and from other photos on this site that complain of the older rooms interiors. Work is still being done to finish this side of the hotel that we were staying in i.e. grouting the entrance hallway floor. Its that new! Staying here in the quiet season is both a blessing and a curse in some respect. Trying to find staff sometime for a drink in the lounge bar for instance, as I was the only one in there took more than a while, and all I could do was walk around the outside of the building to try to find someone? Top tip, if you run out of bottled water you can buy these (incredibly cheap 30 Egyptian pounds) at any of the three bars on site, however, if you have your room made up, you will get two free bottles each time, every day. The Pink Panda Chinese restaurant is fantastic and I would highly recommend. Fantastic quality food and service. Overall the stay was faultless and the staff were all amazing.

The air conditioner in both of the rooms we upgraded to were not working. I decided to stay at the second room only because I had paid for an upgraded room with a view of the Nile. The transportation service available on-site was Amazing, Thank you to Abdul and our driver Doxy. Very helpful.

Great service from the reception team
I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, everyone was welcoming and professional. The room was clean, comfortable, and everything I needed was available. The service throughout my stay was consistently excellent.
I would like to give special thanks to Mr. Wael, the Front Office Manager, for his professionalism and for making sure guests are well taken care of. His attention to detail and friendly attitude really made a difference.
I also want to thank Silvia for being so kind, helpful, and always greeting guests with a smile. She was patient, professional, and made every interaction easy and pleasant.
Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Thank you to the whole team for making my visit so comfortable. I look forward to coming back again.
