Fantastic hotel, great food, Staff and entertiment

The hotel was amazing—it exceeded our expectations. There was a huge variety of food, and the service was fantastic. The entertainment team does a great job; they are smiling, helpful, and always full of good ideas.

Nice and warm stay!!

Very nice club but not feet in the water!! The food is not very varied. The wifi very difficult to connect and very limited connection places. Very clean and welcoming space. The number of pool allows you to choose the atmosphere you want which is pleasant.

Excellent people, service and accommodation

The resort is smart and elegant.
Personnel is polite and very friendly.
Food is very good and the kitchen staff is always smiling. Servable people in the dining room are fantastic.
The buildings are continuously maintained and in perfect conditions. We had a very nice room.
Diving and quad safari have been really enjoying and fully value their price
Many thanks to Fady at the reception for all his courtesy and politeness.

Terrible trip

1-Rude staff.
2-Reluctant managers.
3-Rude and impolite Front office
manager called " Muller " as he his
not professional to unimaginable
extent.
4- very low level of communication.
5- a lot of places in Makadi deserve to be ur destination instead of this terrible place indeed.
