This a brand new hotel with an amazing view close to the center
It is very clean and the staff is so friendly
They have very good kitchen and tasty food
The breakfast is delicious and room service is good
Overall i had 2 nights and it was good
Had no issues and it is safe

AVOID THIS HOTEL EVEN IF IT'S NOT EXPENSIVE

Scam hotel. You will find attractive rates but in reality everything is tripled on-site (taxi for €20 for a 30-minute ride while on Uber it’s a MAX of €5). Paid luggage service. Receptionist does not speak a word of English. Check-in takes 1 hour. Room poorly insulated, and you can hear all the noise from outside. Water pressure in the shower is very limited. We booked a room with a view but did not get it.
The sheets are not changed (I found hairs on the bed).

I strongly advise against it. I suspect that the sheets are not changed because I found hairs on the bed.
The hotel will act as if they do not have your reservation and will ask you to book directly with them at a much higher price. Paid luggage service for a 4-star hotel. Prices are tripled for EVERYTHING: a taxi for €25 for a 30-minute ride while on Uber it’s €4, a massage for €60 while you can find one for €10.

The room smelt of bad drains, when i put the shower on it was coming back out into the bathroom via a drain, due to the smell flies were everywhere.
The roof bar staff were all lovely, the man who works on housekeeping wouldnt leave me alone, he was everywhere i went from yhe moment i woke up so i spent the majority of my time away from the hotel. Which isnt a bad thing as there was 0 entertainment, pool or basically anything but a bar serving a very small selection of drinks.

We arrived at the property on Monday 13th October, upon being checked in and entering our rooms we were faced with dirty rooms, no handwash or soap in the bathroom, the bathroom itself was filthy. There were no hangers to hang our clothes in the wardrobe, the floors in our room was sandy and felt like they had not been properly cleaned. The shower cubicle and floor was filthy and there was no phone in my room to call reception.
Upon complaining, they changed my room, which in all honesty was not much better. This hotel needs massive improvements, they can’t even grasp the concept of the basics like cleanliness. Hygiene and cleanliness is not their priority - and it really should be!
I had to ask for toilet paper every single day I was there during my seven night stay. If there had been availability at any other hotel nearby, I honestly would have checked out. This is the worst and the filthiest hotel I’ve stayed in.
The only two positives are the Chef Mohammed Ashraf always made us a decent breakfast and they have a consultant called Bilal Ahmed who is wonderful and trying to help them improve by taking on feedback from customers and relaying it back in the hope that improvements will be put in place.
The hotel is in need of a massive upgrade and improvement from both a health and safety perspective and hygiene and cleanliness standard. At the moment it fails both. The stairs have no banister, so if anyone tripped and fell, they would be seriously injured. 👎
