Amazing
I stayed at the 22nd floor and it was very private and nice i had a great time with my family, in that floor breakfast and dinner was on the same floor in the lounge and it was perfect thanks to Ahmad he was very friendly and helpful and gives us what we ask for and knows what er want without us even asking! I truly enjoyed my stay thanks to him.

Club Level is INSANE
Let me tell you how amazing this property is!!! You must upgrade to club level. My guys Abubak Ali, Ahmed Merem Bakr, and Saeed are the absolute best!!!!! I cannot tell you how much they pay attention to the small details and hit service out of the park! Sofitel give these guys a raise:)

Ahmed and team made our Cairo trip
We visited as a group of 12 traveling from the United States, and Club Millésime turned out to be one of the highlights of our entire time in Cairo. A party our size can be a challenge anywhere — here it was handled effortlessly, and from the moment we arrived we were looked after with a level of warmth and attention that you simply cannot train into people. It has to be genuine, and here it clearly is.
Ahmed Abdelhady deserves special mention. He anticipated everything before we had to ask, remembered small preferences across our whole group, and handled every request with grace and a real sense of pride in his work. He set the tone for the entire visit.
The full team was equally outstanding. Ahmed Moaem and Eslam went above and beyond for us again and again, always with a smile, always quick, and always making us feel like we were the only guests in the room. The service was seamless, the atmosphere was elegant and relaxed, and the food and drinks were excellent.
Traveling internationally, you remember the places where people made you feel genuinely welcome. Club Millésime is one of those places. We would recommend it without hesitation to anyone visiting Cairo, and we hope to be back.
