Highly recommended

Exceptional and Pro service, the staff did their best. They searched the room. I also loved this facility because it was so central. You could close to restaurants. Beautiful artwork throughout the hotel. The waiters at the bar and restaurant were very helpful.

Regretted stay at this hotel (Havana Hotel Cairo)

We arrived on May 31, 2024 at 2 p.m., the room was not yet ready, it was room no. 202. The noise pollution was unimaginable as if you were in the street. Then we were offered another one on the first floor, worse than the first, then another family number 206 where we could hear the noise of all the air conditioning devices. I would like to tell you be wary of all the photos of the rooms in this hotel, because the reality is sad; friendly advice you pay a little more to be in a hotel worthy of the name. My stay was from May 31, 2024 to June 5, 2024.

Very bad hotel

I booked a room & i told them the time i will check in
Then when i arrived i found that they cancelled my booking & give the room to another person
And there is no any other rooms
Even they didn’t try to find a solution
Very unprofessional stuff with very bad attitude

Fantastic staff and good location

Visit Cairo every couple of years and always stay here. Good, safe location. Staff are fantastic- warm and welcoming and very helpful and attentive. Rooms are a good size. Very clean and good bathrooms and shower pressure.

Another pleasurable stay

We have stayed at the Havana Hotel a number of times over recent years and never hesitate to return. The staff and management at Havana are one of its strongest assets. Always super helpful, friendly and efficient. It’s location in Syria St in Mohandeseen is another draw card with so many fantastic shops and restaurants (I like the barber shops too, the best shave and haircut you can find!). The rooms and bathrooms are well above standard for a 3star hotel in my opinion. Good restaurant and shisha bar on site, licensed bar, and great coffee.
