Comfortable stay, courteous staff

I had a great 3-night stay here. The rooms are new, well-equipped, and very comfortable. A huge thank you to the staff for being so attentive, especially Marwa at the front desk! The hotel also organized my Abu Simbel tour for a reasonable $40. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money.

Perfect.

This hotel is very well located, near the Nile and shops. The welcome is quite charming and professional. A glass of fresh carcadet and a fruit basket in the room. The room is of a suitable size, storage, convenient bathroom. A small fridge, a kettle. Everything is very clean and in good condition. Breakfast is hearty and varied. The breakfast room is on the 6th floor with elevator and a beautiful view of the Nile. I will be back with pleasure in this hotel!

Horrible Receptionist. Horrible Room, Horrible Hotel

Avoid this place at all costs. The showers are a complete disaster, the check-in process is a circus, and the staff spend more time trying to scam guests for extra money than doing their actual jobs.
The breakfast was shockingly bad — genuinely one of the worst I’ve seen — and absolutely not worth a single pound.
The only thing this hotel has going for it is the location, and even that isn’t enough to make up for how terrible the experience is. The reception boy’s attitude was downright appalling and single-handedly ruined the stay for everyone.
Do yourself a favour: book anywhere else. This place is a waste of time, money, and patience.

Good in every line

Beautiful look to the Nil. All staff competant and friendly. Breakfast ok, room clean and daily new towel etc. TV and good running aircondition. Bathroom not ver big, it was a single room. But water hot and good pressure. I was happy in hotel Hapi. You feel confortable in it.
