Nice hotel

Long-time hotel I feel like a 2nd B&M Daima excellent location, great staff Club Lounge 18 days and I don't book from other friendly helpful assistants who all thank the Specialist Professor, Leid, Sham, Ness Rim and Shef Osama for the welcome, service and very delicious food

Very bad

Extremely bad service, the bed is falling down, and the phone has no cord so I can talk to them. The last negligence is completely insignificant, and the light is out. I have never seen a light go out in a hotel. Colleagues are looking at the stairs. They should take a zero comment. The food is something like beans, vegetables, cold food, and juice. We don't know where to get it from.

Excellent.

My family and I had an excellent stay. We were impressed by the cleanliness, the service and the professionalism of the staff. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The room service and houses keeping were also up to the standard. Overall, the quality if our stay was perfect. Highly recommended.
