Amazing! Staff were very helpful and nice! The drivers that took me to/from the airport were great conversationalist! The restaurant 10/10! Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience!!
There were several hundred of us at this same hotel! They took such good care of us especially in the restaurant! We were greeted with smiles, and given great service by Jessica, Jocelyn, Fernanda, Yadira, Cesar, Jonathan, Adrián and more!! I highly recommend this hotel! Everything was so clean! Angelita cleaned my room and did an amazing job. She was also so friendly and happy to help! Those in security and at the front desk in the lobby were very attentive and friendly, too!

Quito internacional convención of Jehovahs witnesses
The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. They were clean the atmosphere in not very noisy. Their breakfast is excellent. The chef I believe his name is Enrique or Henrry. He is top-notch.

Everything about this hotel was great — its location, its staff, its buffet breakfast, the room and bathroom. The only drawback was that you can’t control the temperature in your room and if you open the window to make it cooler you get noise from the street.
