All the employees including the cook, the receptionist and the manager were very helpful and always kind and assertive.

Nice Staff

Hotel is clean and pleasant and the staff is very responsive although I didn't speak their language. Only problem was the construction going on in the next store and the banging against the wall in my room.

Terrible, filthy

I used booking.com to reserve three nights. After seeing the room, I went down to the clerk and told her I had a change in plans and would be checking out in the morning. She understood that I was going to stay just one night.
The room smelled of state cigarettes covered over by cheap air freshener. The carpet was thin, worn in spots and filthy. The whole time I stayed in the room I would put on my shoes to walk around.
Underneath the desk was a small styrofoam cup with a paper towel in some pink liquid. This was either a cheap version of pest control or a bad job of preparing the room by the maid.
The toilet seat wasn't connected, it flopped around. Once when flushing, the water almost overflowed and it regurgitated a cigarette butt. Not mine, I don't smoke.
When I checked out the next morning, she charged me for three nights, not one. I protested and she explained it was the policy of booking.com. Maybe so, I should start reading the fine print.
