I had an amazing solo stay at Deluxe Volcán. The room was modern, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, but the real highlight was the breathtaking panoramic view over Baños. Relaxing in the bathtub while looking out over the mountains and the town was unforgettable. The floor to ceiling windows made it feel like the scenery was part of the room.
The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. I got lost twice while hiking a nearby waterfall, and both times they came to pick me up without hesitation. Their kindness and willingness to help went above and beyond and made me feel truly cared for.
This was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Baños, and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended! 🌄

I wholeheartedly recommend staying at Deluxe Volcan! There’s no better way to experience the beauty of Baños.
This boutique hotel hosts only four rooms, which creates a sense of exclusivity and allows for very personalized service. I truly appreciated how friendly and attentive the staff were throughout my stay. I was warmly welcomed with a drink and given a detailed overview of the area.
I also valued the daily advice I received from the staff on how to best experience Baños—they really helped elevate my trip.
The views from the rooms are what truly set this hotel apart. Please make this place part of your itinerary when visiting Baños—it won’t disappoint.

Rooms are clean, view is great, everything in the room worked and staff was very accommodating with our breakfast schedule. So why 2 stars?
Their parking is across the road and the owner has a small but aggressive dog there that bit my wife in the leg as we were walking towards the car so if you have a vehicle and want to get bitten by a dog - this is a place for you. Best part - they even charge you for staying at that parking lot with that unruly dog wondering around.

Incredible view! Open air feel to the unit like we were hanging above Banos. Staff was helpful.
We needed more water for drinking. Since it is so removed it would be nice to have a few amenities like water jugs. The breakfast was good but it was cold by the time we recieved it.
Note, the units are up a long set of wooden stairs so if you have a lot of luggage it can be a slog. Parking is across the street and it is myunderstanding that you have to pay for it

Petronio and his staff were absolutely wonderful! So kind, super accommodating and helpful. The rooms were very unique, and the view overlooking the town and across to the volcano was just stunning. Breakfast was delivered to our door each morning in a little basket, and the staff booked us cabs when we were ready to go into town. Although with the breeze, the birdsong, the clouds, and the volcano, I could have stayed put for the entire trip!
