False rating

Let's start with the first, the hotel is not four stars, it is extremely uncomfortable, the bathroom has no wall, there is warm water not hot, you hear everything, the glass of the shower is transparent, from the bed you can see the one that is bathing. Besides, you could hear and smell about the next bathroom.
Our room was “suite”, had one bed downstairs and the other upstairs with dangerous stairs, badly done.
He really won't recommend it ever and I think they should have let those details know, which would have happened if he was going with someone older. The only thing I can rescue is that his staff is friendly.
