All went well, would definitely visit again. Only ask I would have would be to provide more pillows and towels. Room I reserved was for 5 people. We had 3 towels and 5 flat pillows. Other than that, please was clean, staff was courteous and provided great tour tips.

Multiple names, overbooking scam

We made reservations months in advance at " Chat Noir Hotel Cuenca " or "Hotel del Parque Calderon by chat noir" on Luis Cordero. The taxi driver had difficulty in locating it with this name ambiguity. Their signage is also different. When we arrived early that day they claimed there was no reservation in our name. When we produced the paperwork they apologized, said they were already full, and referred us to a nearby establishment. Several days later we went back to just see the rooms and they refused and were very " difficult "

hotel not recommended

Not recommended. Upon arrival at the hotel we were delivered the rooms after the indicated hours. We wanted to pay by card, but we were told they applied a 10% surcharge, so we had to pay by transfer.
All three rooms were in very bad condition: dirty sheets, bathrooms full of moisture, walls with poor hygienic conditions. One of the rooms had an unbearable smell of damp and mushrooms, plus raised ceiling plates with visible wires.
The staff offered to change to another hotel, but it was in worse condition. They refused to give us the money back and, when we withdrew, we missed the three-night payment.
Lousy service, cleaning nonexistent. Only recommended if you want to lose your money

Al momento del desayuno trabajan un sistema de menú fijo que sale ya dispuesto desde la cocina entonces es necesario que el pan se sirva caliente, en un sistema buffet yo puedo calentar el pan, pero si viene listo desde cocina el pan debe salir caliente.
Espero regresar la ubicacion es muy buena. Gracias.
