A rewarding experience

A unique experience the attention 10/10 breakfast buffet the only thing I didn't get to like was the shower but everything else was perfect the rooms the very friendly and helpful staff would 100% book it again

Excellent experience

The breakfast buffet was delicious and with very good options. The room that my roommates and I were assigned was very spacious, which we really liked, as well as being quite comfortable. The staff was very friendly, attentive and always willing to help us at all times. In addition , the location of the hotel is excellent, as it is very close to the city center, making it easy to move. It is definitely a very good choice to stay in Baños.

Warm welcome in the center of Baños

The property is clean, very cozy and well maintained. Service and food are very good. The location is great in the center of town. The only drawback is the bed, comfortable but noisy when moving.
However it is absolutely advisable.

A good hotel in good weather.

The bed was comfortable with rose petals when we arrived. Usual Ecuadoriàn breakfast. This appears to be a family run place and the staff is very helpful. The issue we had was that it was rainy and relatively cold. The door to the terrace was poorly sealed and the bathroom had an open louver. Not the most comfortable. Also, not the hotel's fault but there is a cacophony of roosters that starts at 5 and makes sleep difficult.
