As always a wonderful experience.

We were at the fishing buffet the last time this season. Signed was there for the third time this summer and for the 8th time in 13 months.
As always it was all just fine, cosy, nice, homely, the food was super, good people who serve. And I come again and again and again

Price and quality must hang together!!

I'd like mirroring and bacon in the morning of my holidays. I asked if you could get a mirror, and the answer was yes. When the mirrors arrived, I was asked about the room number as they cost DKK 25 per piece, including a dull piece of bacon. In Germany, Englang, USA and probably several countries, also in Denmark, you can get mirroring, as normal accessories, as well as you can take bacon, eggs and sausages as needed. Here there is 1 piece of bacon! The next day I tried the finished egg cakes. I called them rubber sponge, and again an incredibly dull piece of bacon and a sausage, so you don't win the breakfast. The restaurant experience is like everywhere else and with young inexperienced girls who serve at their best - also in Fjordværk. I find that price and quality do not harmonize. The weather was fine.

First but not last time at Tambohus!

First time we visited Tambohus - but definitely not last time!
A lovely hotel with a friendly service mindset and efficient staff.
Lovely surroundings right down to the Limfjord with views of Jegindø.
The food was extremely delicious and well prepared. Room fine, however bathroom a bit narrow.
But we left happy the hotel with a sure assurance that we will return!!

Great dinner and nice stay:-)

Nice small hotel with a great restaurant and service:-)
The area is nice and quiet and the view is nice as well.
The rooms are nicely decorated but the bathroom is not comfortable.
The restaurant is great for both dinner and breakfast.
Overall very nice experience.

Maybe you stayed in our annex rooms? These have a very small bathroom. All out other rooms have much spacier bathrooms - just in case you will visit us again in the future.

Beautiful hotel right on the Limfjord

Tambohus Kro is a small hotel right on the Limfjord. We spent 8 wonderful days there in a room with balcony and fjord view. The room was large enough and comfortably furnished. With one exception, the entire staff spoke either German or English. Also, everyone was very friendly and eager to fulfill all wishes. The bar offers coffee specialities, such as Irish Coffee, and a very wide selection of craft beers, in addition to the well-known drinks. The choice in the restaurant is also not bad. Here, however, there is still one point deduction. The quality of the food was not as hoped. Don't get it wrong. The dishes are very good. But due to the advertising for the kitchen (YouTube) and the proximity to the Limfjord, you raise the bar and expect more. But that shouldn't stop anyone from going on holiday here. The hotel is excellent, with a good restaurant and a cozy bar. Should I plan a holiday in this region again, the Tambohus Kro is my first choice.
