Nice stay

Cozy hotel along the water near the forest. Hospitality staff. Clean and beautiful. Breakfast was served in adjacent restaurant Ballast, which makes high class food.

Right by and almost

When you arrive at the reception you see 4 stars, then expectations increase a little more for your stay. I have a lot of praise for the apartment, but there is something we don't even understand. It is there should be room for 4 in this apartment. When you enter the hallway there is a crumbling of a useless bench. The ironing board and cushions are up to a height that is only suitable for people of 200 cm. We walk a little and look at it because you had trouble putting on your shoes. When we have to put clothes in place there is a vacuum cleaner in the closet. That seemed to me a little cluttered. As we pack out, we wonder more and more why you haven’t made a closet in the hallway with sliding doors. Because there is delicious kitchen, but never a bag of chips/other snack could you find room for, so we talk about well we shouldn't be there several days and had hoped for and use it the kitchen. If you were to be 4, you'd have to live in mess. Something that we were very tired of it was the useless shelf in the bathroom it may well be it looks "smart" but hold up it is impractical. We are completely spoiled after a night in those beds. When you see 4 stars, you expect a good night's sleep in an orderly bed. A silly thin top mattress on some finished box mattresses.
We chose and paid 200 kr for the spa bath. Nice area. But it stops again. You start with and have to go balance walk with a building fence to get into the area. We wonder , for actually how many would not just use the area without paying. One should introduce that one had to use his key card to get into the area. There's a shower missing down there. Thinking with bactier when using pool/spa.

Modern, comfortable and peaceful

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights and enjoyed the hotel. We had a lovely room (23) which overlooked the marina. There was a place we could sit outside. The room was comfortable, well furnished in a modern style, well maintained and clean. Reception were very helpful and pleasant. Despite it being the height of the summer holidays, it very quiet and peaceful. The best recommendation I can give is that we wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
