Winter stay

Lovely hotel with a nice spacious room. A 15 minute walk into town MM, or ten minutes to the shopping centre where you can catch the metro. Great for the kids downstairs as there was a bouncy castle, football table, building blocks etc when we were there. Can't comment on breakfast but we ate in the sushi restaurant on the top floor and that was really nice. The pool was a tad busy but it was school holidays. It was still good to use though after a day out exploring the city. We would stay here again.

Very beautiful hotel

It is a very beautiful contemporary hotel that incorporates the decor codes of Tivoli, good bedding, a bathtub, and a granite countertop in the bathroom; everything is clean, but the only downside is the breakfast. We are required to reserve a specific time, and despite that, there is a very long line that is quite tedious. To our great astonishment, the buffet is good, but it lacks certain items. We are in Denmark, and there is no salmon, no reindeer meat, no shrimp... We expect some Danish specialties... and the gluten-free bread is delicious.

Tivoli Hotel

Great hotel. Comfortable room, nice shower. We chose the Breakfast included option and it got the day started right. Convenient location for walking to sites and restaurants.

A Nice Stay

Our room was overlooking the road but pretty soundproof and even though the hotel was very busy, the corridor was quiet too. Room was clean and we were informed on arrival that the rooms are serviced on request, this was acceptable as we feel that daily servicing is excessive. The only grumble was that the room lacked drawers, there was open hanging with a shelf above which was no good for me as it was too high for me to use. Hair dryer was good and there was shampoo, conditioner, soap and body lotion. There was a kettle with tea and coffee but when we arrived at 11.30pm, there were no cups, this was remedied the following day when requested. We had breakfast and it was very nice, plenty of choices and replenished often; staff were pleasant and kept on top of clearing up; there were areas to sit that were quiet away from the hustle and bustle. The gym and pool area were both clean and tidy. All in all we had a nice stay.

This hotel is big and well placed to be able to walk to anywhere. Lots of children, so the pool area was not very enjoyable.
