Nice sized room; very clean; good restaurant attached to hotel; good location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

The entrance to the hotel is filthy , just not a good experience staying at the hotel . The linens felt like plastic , the bathroom amenities were poor quality and the dispensers looked like a medical box . The bathroom was dirty and stained , the floor looks dated . The only good thing about this hotel is the location, and nothing else . The staff did not care and hardly made the guest feel welcome , poor information sharing during check in .
Just had a bad stay experience , below subpar hotel and really not worth the money . Days inn does a better job

Basic hotel in need of updating

Very basic hotel with some cleaning issues.
I checked in and had to change room as the bathroom in my original room was dirty (see photos). Not much better in the second room where I found a dirty cup (photo”.. The rooms are basic and I am certain you would find a better hotel around without much effort.
The towels smelled awful and the soap dispensers were broken. The daily cleaning of the room was mediocre to say the least.
Unfortunately was booked for another 2 nights, and needless to say I will never set foot in that hotel again.
On the 1st morning i was awaken by some work across the street at 6.30 am (photo) On my second and third morning the electricity went off in every room on the 2nd floor around 6am.

My travels were cancelled due to geopolitical reasons. Flights cancelled so we cancelled all hotels tours etc and all refunded due to circumstances except for this hotel. They kept diverting us to Hotels and giving no direct communication at all. And then when Hotels reached out to them they denied the refund.

Excellent

Clean room with the possibility of adding a bed for our son (14 years old)
Varied and hearty breakfast.
Great location: subway station right in front (convenient for the airport) and a bike rental station on the same level.
Tivoli Park 10 minutes away on foot
The staff is very attentive, available, and pleasant.
