Better and nicer it won't be
I have been to St. Thomas Hotel a couple of times and it gets better and better. As soon as you enter the door, you feel at home. The atmosphere is calm and friendly. The rooms are newly renovated in beautiful design and the beds are good. You should not fool yourself for breakfast, which is really delicious, versatile and constantly being filled up, so you can sit for a long time and maybe read the newspaper of the day while enjoying your morning coffee or tea.
On sunny days you can enjoy the rooftop terrace, which, like the rest of the hotel, is tastefully and cozyly decorated. There is an elevator, but take the stairs down and experience the decoration with the historic pictures from the area. All staff, ranging from kitchen, cleaning to reception are smiling and helpful.

Room was clean and comfortable but I’m glad I chose superior and not standard as the room was large but a bit lacking in extras such as, no gea making facilitiesn, no fridge and TV hanging on wall at right angles to bed. But, would I stay there again, yes I would because the positives outweigh the negatives.

Clean and well located, but noise and heat were an issue
The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of the central station and close to other public transport. It is a cozy, small hotel that appears well maintained. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and housekeeping was good.
The small rooms are indeed quite compact, although not uncomfortably so. It is worth noting that access may be difficult for wheelchair users, as there are several steps before reaching the elevator.
Our room faced the western inner courtyard, which is shared with neighboring buildings. As a result, there was quite a lot of noise every morning, especially from the shops downstairs and their equipment. Because the weather was hot and the room did not have air conditioning, we had to keep the windows open, which meant the noise woke us up each day. The room was also somewhat noisy from inside the hotel, as sounds from the hallway and doors were easy to hear.
The room also lacked several amenities I would normally expect at this price point, such as air conditioning, a coffee machine or kettle, and a refrigerator. Overall, it was a decent stay, but considering the price level in Copenhagen, I expected somewhat better value and a few more in-room amenities.

Very good but in my opinion not at summer time
Overall a very good hotel, excellent reception desk that is always ready to explain and help, excellent breakfast with very good service, the hotel location is excellent with very convenient public transportation, restaurants and cafes all around. The rooms are good but only one thing in my opinion bothers me and that is the lack of air conditioning or at least a fan, this week on a hot night we left the windows open and it was still very hot in the room, because if you close the curtain there is no air at all. Maybe a hotel that is more suitable for any time except summer???
