Good budget solution for Copenhagen

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel. Knowing its characteristics, we were satisfied, in the sense that it is ideal for a short stay with good value for money for expensive Copenhagen. Cute property, with large common areas, very good breakfast. Triple room very small but as mentioned satisfactory for a few days. The third bed is a bunk bed, the negative thing is that the ceiling of the room is very low above the top bed, this is not a problem if a child sleeps there, my 21-year-old daughter who is 1.75 tall had a bit of trouble getting up and down but then slept well. Small but functional bathroom except for the shower a bit, which being without glass but only with a curtain and without a shower tray naturally got the whole bathroom a bit wet. Comfortable desk, small closet. The window did not close very well and was poorly soundproofed. Excellent location of the hotel for the center, reachable on foot and for the subway and therefore also for the airport. We had not understood that room cleaning is upon request (we had not found it written on the internet and we only saw the sign hanging on the coat rack on the last day) and so they never cleaned it for us and we were left without hand/shower soap, but by then it was the last day. No big deal.... if you need a hair dryer, it is not in the room but you just have to ask for it at the reception. Overall we were satisfied and we recommend it.

Scam

Do not book, it is just a tourist scam!
Room was completely unsuitable for 4 people. It is much too small, there was hardly enough room for the luggage, there is no closet, furniture is old and worn out, 2 outlets work, half of the light switches are just for decoration, the water pressure is very poor, the bathroom cannot be ventilated, the window can only be tilted open about 10 cm, and it is far too overpriced for all of that. The breakfast was not good either.
Communication with the hotel is very poor, and they like to claim things on the phone that turn out to be completely different.

Great location, especially when travelling by bicycle in the city. Basic breakfast, but helpful staff, large paid parking area at rear and small basic, but comfy rooms.

Ideal if you just want a room to sleep in, although still very compact even for someone on their own. Location is ideal for the train to get to and from the airport, and to get around Copenhagen. Hotel is only 5-10 mins walk from Metro stop. There's even a handy bargain supermarket just outside the Metro stop. The main tourist attractions are all in walking distance, which I always prefer as you see more of the city, but again trains, or buses, are there if needed. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and of course all speaking excellent english. I would have no problem with staying there again.

Quite the mediocre experience. The room was not very cosy, the staff not very attentive and the breakfast buffet was quite low quality. Just overall a very disappointing experience, especially compared to the high prices. You’d expect more for the price.
