nicht empfehlenswert

Due to a computer glitch, I was assigned a parking spot where I wasn't allowed to park. I had to pay the parking ticket myself. The staff was completely incompetent and, in this matter, absolutely unfriendly and unwilling to be accommodating.
The attic room was unbearably hot without air conditioning.

No, this just doesn't work for us.

Let's start with the positive things: very kind staff.
Very small 'double' room, you can't even walk, let alone open your suitcases.
Full-size bed, but there were two of us. Non-existent mattress.
The pillows are exactly half the size of a normal pillow.
The bathroom seems to have been recently renovated, but the toilet doesn't flush well, there is no floor towel, and there is a rather ugly curtain in the shower.
There is carpet on the floor: the most unhygienic thing that could exist.
The room is small and it is hot. The window cannot be opened because there is too much noise from the street.
The embarrassing elevator. Something never seen before.
I would say that is enough.

Bad hotel

Poor information at reception upon arrival. Had to ask us about everything.
Not air conditioning.
We were to meet at 10:00 therefore we went to breakfast at 09:15 Did not get room in the breakfast room. Long line... that's why we had to go without breakfast that was paid.
Won't come back here and won't recommend this hotel.
