Although we had found a good price for the stay, we did not think that price and quality hanged completely together.
We checked into the Sky Suite. Had booked via Booking.com, and despite our booking confirmed that we had booked the suite of 130 m2, it was not the one we got. The apartment is delicious but there are a few things that pull down.
-Bedroom is located out to the arcade, and it is very soundful. Maybe you should consider moving the bedroom into the fitness room. It is probably smaller, but is instead located out to a quiet backyard.
- When making a gym, it should be welcoming upon arrival. Training equipment was pushed up the wall, so you had to move it yourself to use it.
The kitchen has panes and pots. It surprised us, as there were neither plates, kitchen utensils nor cutlery.
-Could be nice with an info folder with guidance to the spa and fireplace. There is an IPad in the apartment with information about restaurant and booking, but we found no guidance.
-The apartment is nicely decorated, but the toilet disappoints and does not live up to the level of the rest of the apartment. It is held in dull gray and white colors. An exciting color on the wall will make a difference, and a new bath curtain is needed (Maybe in a slightly more exciting version than just one with Ms on). The pressure in the shower is low, and shower heads need to be decalced. And then it will decorate to remove mold in the hooks.
- We could wish for a TV in the bedroom.
Praise for the delicious breakfast, which was served exactly at the agreed time. However, we could have drank more juice and eaten more eggs and rye bread. Nice with the possibility of parking. Great central location in the city. Friendly staff. Great with Spotify in the room.

Kære Betina - tak for din feedback - I forhold til booking via ekstern partner som feks Booking.com så skal du jo lave en feedback til dem såfremt så ikke mener du har fået det som du har betalt dem for - De oplysninger som du nævner er vi ikke bekendt med og stemmer ikke overnes med de oplysninger vi har afleveret til booking.com - Værelses mappen på ipad indeholder 42 punkter incl alle de oplysninger du skriver ikke var der. Men måske i ikke har igennem hele mappen ved at scrolle nedad for der er korrekt at de første punkter handler om restaurant og menukort. - Såfremt man mangler noget er man jo altid velkommen til at kontakte receptionen jævfr kort i suiten med telefon nummer - der er ingen af vores suiter der har tv i Soveværelse og det er et helt bevist valg.

Not worth the money.
The review is given based on price and description on the website of an alleged 5 star luxury accommodation:
1. There was no air conditioning in the room 40 degrees in the bedroom.
2 there was a well supplied bar, but everything cost money, there was nothing in the description.
3. The spa didn't work, no bubbles.
4. The stay was not exactly as described on the website.
5. That's not what I call gourmet food. No elegance or specialties. Common ingredients well-cooked, cabbage gratin, great potion, seafood on avocado great potion etc.
6. Unfortunately we didn't get dessert, we waited 3/4 hour, so we gave up.
7. Good wines, nice presentation of our waiter.
8. Great breakfast, served in the room.
Unfortunately not value for money!

Kære Jan - vi har ingen steder på vores hjemmeside hvor der står at det er et 5 stjernet luksus ophold- der findes pt kun et hotel i Jylland med 5 stjerner og det ligger på Als. Vi har ikke registeret fejl på vores spa i juli og alle køre perfekt men i værelses mappe er det vejleding til hvordan man drejer for mænge af luft til bobler som kan justeres efter ønske. Det er vel naturligt at minibar ikke er inkluderet - særligt i den type minibar vi har i vores suiter men mange forskellige champagner og vine i forskellige prislejer som samlet langt overstiger prisen for opholdet. Vi har ikke Aircondition og det heller ikke noget vi skriver at vi har, men der er masser af vinduer og døre som kan åbnes men på de varmeste dage i sommer tror jeg alle har døjet med varmen i Danmark ikke kun i Danmark. Du skriver at det var almindelige råvare - menuen indhold eller både caviar, ferske håndfangende kammuslinger - vesterhavs pighvar-vildsvin coppa-sommerbuk fra klosterheden franske oste fra vogn samt konditorens dessert i 2 serveringer.

World class
A completely unique experience. Both in terms of restaurant and suite. The latter offered piano, sauna, massage chair and erotic minibar, which, however, was not “free”.

Very spacious suite, spotlessly clean, fantastic amenities. The only issue was the mattress being way too soft, not supportive at all. Otherwise, perfect stay!

5 star luxury
The accommodation in a lovely suite with all the accessories, whether it's a washing machine and dryers is what's also the evening's 5 dishes menu + appetizer, coffee with petit four was all through extremely delicious, all served by Vinkyndig very friendly server.
