The room was big (family room). The breakfast was ok. I am not sure how many old buildings they put together to make this hotel; maybe around 7. And between each, a set of stairs- not a problem for most people. But when you come with kids in a trolley, not very fun. Easy to use parking behind the hotel. Think I paid 100 Dkr.

Old hotel, with lot of stairs and one single elevator that seems to be from before WW1…No air-conditioning which made it extremely hot in the room and almost impossible to sleep. Guess it’s not a problem during winter, but it sure is during summer. Tv in the room, but only 2 channels.., Average breakfast. Central location and parking was easy.

The old building made staying at Hotel Phønix a unique experience. The atmosphere of the hotel was classic and comfortable. The breakfast was very nice and the kids got to make their own waffles!

A really nice, centrally located hottel in Aalborg. Feels very familiar and down-to-earth while having hight service and friendly staff. Very clean and nice place.

Great breakfast. Was excited to stay at Phoenix again as that is an old favourite with great memories for me, I always used to find it very nice and with a premium feel, hence chose it now. It feels aged and the wall to wall carpet was loose at many points and the overall feeling was not fresh and how I used to find it 10 years ago. Great staff and wonderful breakfast though
