Fantastic appartement! Very helpfull host!

Good accomodation for reasonable price

We spent one week in July in Mr. Zuzic apartment.
Apartment is fully equipped including aircondition, all is very clean and good.
Beach and centre of Vrsar is reached by car or longer walking. We got parking card for center or beach parking free.
Supermarket is few steps through garden, so you can have fresh bread every morning.
Mr. Zuzic is very friendly guy, which is very helpful during your stay. I can suggest his restaurant Dvi Palme in centre of Vrsar. There is wonderful seafood meal.

Very nice apartment

We stayed for a week in August. The ground floor apartment was very nice, clean, large enough and cozy. I liked the patio in front. The bathroom was also a comfortable size. The apartment was located at the top of a hill a 10 min walk to the old town. A walk back (uphill) can be a bit inconvenient, but the owner provides you with a free parking card for two parking places in Vrsar, the town and the beach parking. This is very good, as you need to make a short drive to the beach. There are a few parking spaces in front of the apartment complex, but they tend to go quickly and sometimes local residents "borrow" them which can get very annoying when you're trying to park at night.
The owner was very nice and professional and also has a restaurant in town, Dvi palme, which serves quality food for reasonable prices. We chose to eat there every day. Apartment guests also get 10% discount.

Very Impressive Studio Apartment for Reasonable Price

We stayed only one night. But, if we could have, we would have stayed a week. The owner was very accommodating. He also owns a restaurant in town. We ate dinner there after looking over the choices. It was better than almost all of the food that we had in Italy during our two weeks there. The dessert was excellent. The owner commented that he felt that desserts had to be excellent to compliment the dinner. This attitude described the apartment. They had a kitchen, colorful curtains and bedspread. Everything was clean and ready for us. There is parking but when we got home from dinner someone had parked in our spot. They moved soon thereafter. We only wished we could have stayed longer. This was only one of three places that we stayed in a five-week trip for which we had to write a review. We were impressed. The owner's English is excellent.

Ottimo!

Abbiamo soggiornato purtroppo solo una notte, eravamo di passaggio...appartamento molto bello ,pulito e spazioso, proprietario disponibile e gentile consiglio il suo ristorante DIV PALME al porto di Vrsar, OTTIMA cena, spero di ritornarci presto!
