Clean modern and a great host

Room was a bit small but well thought out
Was clean and had everything you need.
And was to a very good standard.
Marinela the host was amazing and made our stay stressless. Organising transfers and meeting us at night to show us the way to the room, kept I contact the whole stay thank you again.

Perfect location, right in the center of old town! Great value for money.

Excellent location. Host in contact frequently before arrival and on top of everything. Very silent room despite being located in the center of old town. Good breakfast included. Good air conditioning (a very welcome feature in Split in August!!). Room very small, but it had all the services and amenities you need. Perfect for a couple of nights in Split, and great value for money!
As mentioned, room was tiny. Not a problem for us, as we knew exactly what we were going to get. However, the narrow stairs and no lighting in the hallway would be complicated for elderly people, or if you have big/heavy luggage. Again, not a problem for us as we travel light.

Lovely Location with Modern Ammenities

If you want to stay in the old part of Split right near the Diocletian Palace, I highly recommend staying at Ziggy Star. It's right in the heart of the old city, but has a lovely modern room with a very comfortable king bed, clean bathroom, and mini-fridge with complimentary waters. It comes with breakfast at a nearby cafe-- croissant, sandwich, juice, and coffee. The stairway up to the room is a little sketchy looking, but don't be put off. Also note that the property is NOT labeled (no signs), so just make sure to pay attention to the house number. One of the staff should meet you there.
All in all a lovely stay. Glad to have a comfortable place so close to everything I wanted to see.
