Fantastic luxury apartment with unbeatable local hosts

We had an incredible week-long stay at this luxurious, beautifully appointed apartment with our young child and parents.
The 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom layout was the perfect hub for our multi-generational family. Located right in the heart of the Old Town, the location is unbeatable—you truly feel fully immersed in the city's rich history.
This place is a family run business and the hospitality is unmatched. The hosts are incredibly knowledgeable about the town's history and went above and beyond with local recommendations. They steered us toward amazing dining spots, hidden gems, and activities around Split that you simply won't find in a standard travel brochure. We couldn't have asked for a better home base or better hosts.

"Had a wonderful stay here! The bed was absolutely fantastic - I slept like a baby! The view of the garden is simply stunning. And let's not forget the lobby café D16 - best coffee and service in Split, hands down! Nicky & Baldo are the perfect hosts, making sure everything is just right. 10/10 would definitely recommend and come back!"

Your best choice in Split (Old Town)

This flat is just amazing.
Just in the middle of Split Old Town near everything you want to do.
Super well maintained, well decorated and organised.
Bed is comfortable, good shower and there’s a kitchen if you want to cook. Also good TV and air conditioning.
The hosts are super friendly and helpful.
The only down side is the WiFi that didn’t work most of the time

A Palace within a Palace

An amazing apartment within the Palace walls. Very clean, huge and in a great location with free parking about a 10-minute walk from the apartment which is great considering how expensive Split is to park. There was a spar also within a 2 minute walk as well as loads of restaurants, bars and shops.
Baldo and Nikolina were amazing hosts and answered our questions and concerns promptly and effectively. They were very attentive from enquiring about staying to the day we left.
100% would recommend to anyone who visits Split and would only stay here next time i return!

Excellent location, lots of space in the room, super shower, and hosts were super helpful! Definitely would stay here again. Next time we would ask our host for a private tour of the palace.
