The place to be!!
The view of the Riva, right next to local shops and restaurants. October is a pleasant time because ideal temperature and not too many tourists!

Excellent, modern, updated rooms close to the Riva..great value!
Upon entering this older building I was a bit apprehensive as to how the rooms would be, but fortunately they didn't disappoint. The rooms are completely refurbished, modern and comfortable. The lighting was very different and interesting, the bathrooms were brand new and spacious. There was even a mini fridge which was great since there is a small supermarket just next door. The A/C and the WiFi worked wonderfully, a definite plus for those visiting during the warm summer months.
This property doesn't have a 24 hour front desk and initially was a bit hard for us to find. The hotel is located on a side street and there wasn't a big sign that said "Riva Rooms" it was just a door with a "blink and you missed it" sign. We had to call the owner who was very gracious and helped us find the place.
The room was for the most part very clean although I must say that the bathroom wasn't as clean as we would've liked it as we found some hair in the shower's drain before we even used it. Despite this minor detail, I would definitely return and recommend this hotel to other travelers. The prices are reasonable for the location and type of room that you are getting.
