Basic but very good

Very good location although it was not in the historic center of Split. Everything was very neat and clean. It only had an electric kettle (no toaster or microwave).
Very good shower and bath in general.

Fantastic!!!
It's 10 mi walk from the port. Well located, nearby are restaurants, pharmacies, supers.
The host's instructions were very good, like arriving, where to park. It was easy to get there and in.
The rooms are made with exquisite taste, all full of good details, clean.
a nespresso machine at the entrance.
Without hesitation, the best stay of our trip to Croatia.
We traveled 4 and took two rooms.
Very comfortable beds, large sink, clean.

Great location

Very good location : only a few steps from lake Bled. Good room. Very good price for this location. The breakfast is brougt every morning in a basket in front of your door. The breakfast is nothing special. Cereals only for one person in stead of two. The meat and chease is packed in vacuum plastic. The breakfestroom is not pleasant to sit it. You better have breakfast outsite the hotel, somewhere else. During our stay (2 days) we only had icecold water in the shower. They said they fixed it but obviously not. A cold shower after a walk in the forest of 20 kilometers is no fun. So reasanoble priced but i prefer to pay a bit more for a better breakfast and a hotel where everything works as it should be. If they fix this it will be a hotel that i can recommend.

Great host, beautiful bedrooms and Herat location

We booked four bedrooms meaning we had the entire apartment area for our family. All of the bedrooms are beautifully decorated!
We had great communication from Simon the Owner/Manager and he arranged to meet us at the property to show us around. Simon also managed to get us in earlier than normal check in.
As per the other reviews, do not be put off by the exterior of the property, the inside truly does not reflect the outside and we would 100% recommend.
An easy 10 minute walk to the centre too!

Modern decor where everything was taken in concideration

Astonishing modern decor, great and friendly service. Got additional tips during transportation from the airport. Our group was totally satisfied with this experience and would recommend to others. I would cone back here when visiting Split.
