This 'hotel' consists of only two apartments so it's small and cozy. Though there is no sign or name of the accommodation visible at the entrance which confused me upon arrival.

lean, friendly, modern. Very bad for senior citizens and people with physical difficulties. The taxi leaves you far away because of a narrow street and you have to drag luggage for a long distance to the property. Also, a big step (8" high) from the room to the bathroom you'll have to go up and down when you have to use the bathroom. Far away from the town center, port, etc. Good for younger people only.

Very clean, well located and quiet

Ideally located in a quiet area 5-7 minutes from old Split. Accessible on foot only. You should try to park in the public car park located Plinarska ulica 2 minutes away (24€/24h). The 2 ground floor bedrooms overlook a courtyard. No one on site; you must call the owner to make an appointment at the entrance. No sign indicating a rental. Google maps recommended!
No breakfast on site; it is served at the small Varos Héritage Palace hotel, located at 16 Bilanova (2 mins) from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. (additional charge). Around fifteen places, decent buffet, nothing more (instant coffee and margarine ).
Our RC room (approximately 15 m2) was rather dark, equipped with air conditioning and a small fridge. There is also a mini safe in a wardrobe, TV, wifi and courtesy tray. There are 2 windows high up and it is possible to open one of them.
In the small bathroom: hairdryer, soap, tissues, slippers and shower gel.
It's clean and well maintained. In conclusion, it's good for 2 nights but small if you have big suitcases (and you have to drag them from the parking lot).
