Our room was clean and seemed new. Our host greeted us upon arrival and was very helpful highlighting local sites. He also allowed us an extra hour to depart on the last day.
We enjoyed the old town, especially Diocletian’s Pslace, but be prepared for large crowds, especially if a cruise ship is in town. Exploring The palace sub-structure monument was also fascinating.We took a bus/Uber to visit the Roman ruins of Salona and Klis Fortress, amazing,

We had a really pleasant stay with Ivan. The host communicated exceptionally well, was very friendly, and gave good recommendations for restaurants and things to see around the city. The property was close to central Split but quite far from the beach (at least a 20 minute walk if not more, especially to the nicer beaches). It was quite expensive for what it was (relatively basic although clean) - but overall we don’t have any complaints: it was very clean, good location, safe.

Fantastic location for exploring Split. Ivan was great, very helpful and friendly just as all the other reviews say. Would recommend staying here to friends.

Ivan was brilliant!
The minuet we booked he contacted me asking about an airport pick up and arranged it on the spot, his friend picked us up with no issues and also provided places and tips for the local area.
We arrived at the guest house around 25 minuets later and Ivan was there waiting for us.
He helped us with our bags and led us personally to the house, he then sat us down in the courtyard and gave us an abundance of information, spots, tips and tricks for making the trip affordable and fun.
He showed us a map of the city and made everything clear and concise!
The room was perfect for 2 people and had a nice view.
