Possible scam! Please avoid at all cost!
On April 16, 2025, I checked in and was shocked to find a cramped twin room in the basement, completely unlike the spacious upper-floor double room advertised on Trip.com. Trip.com confirmed the mismatch after reviewing my photos and videos, but the hotel’s response was deplorable. Staff refused to provide the booked room type or a refund, repeatedly deflecting me to Expedia, despite my booking being through Trip.com. This refusal and deflection suggest they may have intentionally misrepresented the room to secure bookings, a practice that appears deceptive and unacceptable.
I stayed less than one hour, used no amenities (e.g., bed, bathroom), and left the same day, as the room was unusable. This forced me to book another hotel last minute, causing major inconvenience and costs, though Trip.com graciously provided a 50% discount on the new booking. Best Location Apartments’ failure to honor the booking and their unhelpful attitude are indefensible.
I’m grateful for Trip.com’s support in addressing this, but the hotel’s actions are alarming. Travelers, beware: Best Location Apartments may not deliver the room you book, and their staff seem unwilling to take responsibility. I strongly urge you to avoid this hotel to prevent similar distress. This listing should be delisted on all platforms until the issue is fixed.
This experience was a nightmare, and I cannot recommend this property.

The staff was very welcoming and so very helpful! 10/10 if I get the chance and it's available the next time I visit I will be staying here again:)

Shocking that such a listing is on Hotels.com
A total disaster from start to finish.
This is a basement apartment split into 3 micro apartments.
The entrance to the apartment building is very dangerous as there is no footpath, so you just walk out into the on coming traffic.
Room so small you could hardly turn around.
The shower was leaking which flooded the room and as there was no storage, all my stuff got soaked.
There was mould and water damage around the bathroom so it seems this was a common problem.
The room I got was not the one advertised in the photos. Hear everything from the rooms next door, including the dogs scratching the floor at night time.
The manager will charge you 5 euro every time you call them which is laughable.
