All you can dream of for a vacation rental

From the first moment we met our enthusiastic hostess Marica and saw the apartment we knew that we've made a perfect choice and our vacation will be great.
Marica brought us welcome drinks and gave directions to all nearby attractions.
The villa is located in a quiet side street yet 10 minutes walk to the city center, the promenade and the beach.
The apartment looks brand new and unbeliavably neat and clean. Everything is high-end: the furniture, the bathroom, the kitchen utensils and appliences. Every detail seems to be thought about. The room is big enough and you have a wardrobe to put all your clothes. The mattress is most comfortable. The towels are thick and big and the bedding is of excellent quality.
Highly recommended place to stay in Split!

Clean apartment and very friendly hostess

The hostess gave us a warm welcome with a cold drink. She was very friendly. Comfortable apartment with everything you need, including a very big fridge, comfortable bed, relaxing shower. Perfect location if you get there by car. You can park your car in front of the house or in the street. It's a 10 minutes walk to the city center. The hostess gave us a map and explained where to find the highlights. The apartment was very clean. We absolutely recommend this apartment, especially because of the very kind hostess!

Great little apartment.

Lovely little apartment in the suburbs of Split but only ten minutes from the old town. Nice German family run the place and we were greeted with a cold drink on arrival. Room for our car to park in front behind closed gates. The apartment seems to have been recently renovated and was comfortable and inexpensive. No view of sea as one other person has stated (don't know where they were reviewing) but we did have peacocks roaming around the neighbourhood. On our departure we were given fresh fruit from the garden. A little gem in Split.

Very friendly

Very nice apartment and hostess! Really clean, modern, close to the sea and with breathtaking view! Free parking, WiFi, easy access to Split, Makarska, Dubrovnik. Nice supper waiting for us on arrival with fresh clementines and home made wine ;)

The place is everything you need

The apartments are clean and have everything you need. The interiors are modern and well kept. The are 10 minutes or less walking to the centre (Diocletian palace) and also 10 minutes to Bacivec beach. The people running are a German couple and they are lovely. If you need anything ask and they will help you. They have parking space inside the gate so you don't have to park outside (parking in the street of Split is really difficult). Definitely I will stay there again and again.
