Fabulous views from the balcony, wonderful Host

Had an amazing stay at Korcula which was enhanced with our stay at Apartments Adriatric.
Tony, the Host and his brother are genuine hosts who you can see really care about their guests.
Fantastic views from the spacious balcony over to Korcula old town, the mountain and sea.
Spacious apartment with Bedroom, back porch, kitchen, en suite bathroom, living/dining room and kitchen to use.

Excellent apartment well located in easy walking distance of old Korcula town

The location with a view of old Korcula town is wonderful. It was an easy walk to the town from the apartment. Parking right outside was included. Our host was very helpful and friendly. The apartment was both a front terrace with a view and a private rear patio with a picnic table and clothes line. The washing machine is located on the rear patio. This apartment is an excellent value.

Great Balcony Views but ...

On the positive side these apartments provide an excellent view of the old town from the balcony and coming and going of boat traffic, a washing machine and generous drying space on the back verandah, a very good location with just a few minutes walk to the old town and a host, Tonci, who is friendly and personable. However, this apartment is dated and tired and in need of refurbishment. The kitchen is cramped and the sink bench has two elements in place where a drain tray should be and the plastic drain tray sits on the washing machine. Very little light gets into the cupboards which had a random selection of left-behind foods. The bathroom shower is small and has a plastic curtain around it. The toilet has serious discolouration. The cleaning of floors and basin was patchy at best.
