Fantastic!
We stayed here for a week with our 3 year old son. We had a beautiful little apartment with sea view. The owners was super nice and helped us with anything we needed. Even drove us into town or the supermarket when needed. We did have a rental car most of the days and parking there was no problem. ( witch I highly recommend having in Croatia). Both pools were great, we spent time in both and we were mostly by ourselfs there. It's a short way to the beach (hills) and down to the cliffs for a swim(stairs).we coulnt have asked for better, it was perfect ! We would come back and we highly recommend this place.

Excellent location - owner insists on cash
The apartments are located outside Dubrovnik in a wonderful area with a beautiful view. Some rooms have balconies. There is a shared kitchen where you can make coffee and breakfast if you wish.
You will need a car to get to the supermarket.
The apartments have a pool (not two as it seems on the photos) and access to two beaches.
We really enjoyed the location and the large terrace outside with a direct view to the bay.
The payment has to be cash!! This is not indicated beforehand and it was quite a hassle for us as we had rented several rooms and the cash amount exceeded our possibilities for withdrawal. We spent quite a lot of time and money sorting the payment out. Why does a hotel this size not accept credit card?!
The rooms are basic with air conditioning and a small fridge. No kettle - but there is one in the shared kitchen. The cleaning is very good and fresh towels are supplied every day.
It seems as if the owner is very keen on selling boat trips. We booked a trip from a website as it was possible to get more details on this tour.
Location couldn’t be better. Hosting lacks some forthcomingness in our opinion.

Can’t wait to return
We had a wonderful week at the Paradis Apartment with our 3 kids (ages 9, 7, 7). Already dreaming about our next visit someday! We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment (one kid slept on the comfortable couch), with a small kitchen and bathroom, living room, and enormous private terrace overlooking the water and islands. The kitchen has all the basic cooking and eating utensils, fridge, stove, and coffee pot. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine. We were surprised that no toiletries (besides hand soap and dish soap) were provided, so we picked some up at the grocery store. We spent much of our time on the amazing terrace, eating meals, playing card games, watching the gorgeous sunset. After reading other reviews we rented a car and it was a good plan - we bought groceries from a store 10 mins away and went into Dubrovnik several times. But make it a compact car: the narrow and winding street to reach the hotel is the width of an alley, with cars parked on both sides. Our kids were happiest just hanging out at the public beach that’s a short walk down the road: they spent hours swimming and snorkeling, looking at colorful pebbles, spotting fish, taking breaks for gelato. It’s a great spot for kids - shallow, no real waves, lots of other kids, rocks to climb and pebbles to pick up, little fish to see. Bring water shoes for everyone, mats (seagrass or yoga style), and beach towels - the hotel only provides bath towels. We took a boat tour of the Elephanti Islands, which Jierko arranged for us - main perq is that it picks up right from the beach area. Jierko and Maria were very warm and helpful and made us feel welcome. A few suggestions to get a top rating: daily housekeeping (it seemed to be every 2-3 days), bigger and softer bath towels (they’re like hand towels made of sand paper), and basic toiletries. And they should accept credit cards! You’ll have to pay cash. But don’t hesitate to book this place - it’s a very comfortable home base, in a sweet little beach town, with million dollar views.

A week of tranquility and calm overlooking the Adriatic
A wonderful location, if a bit of the beaten track, with delightful proprietors, Mr & Mrs Misir, who couldn't have done more to make our stay any better. Probably a car would be useful but Jerko provided an excellent taxi service. Meals can be taken at the adjacent hotel otherwise there are 3 local restaurants which are of a good standard and very friendly - although there are quite a few steps to negotiate to get to them and the beach.

Lovely and peaceful.
Nice property, very quiet and rooms clean.
We had apartment 5 which had a completely private balcony with lovely views.
You will need a car as not much about.
No kettle in room and is somewhat basic to say the least but it was ok. Two single beds pushed together isn’t my idea of a double bed but there we are.
My only complaint and it is a major complaint was concerning the owner. We paid by card before we arrived with the booking company who we’ve used many many times before, we left the accommodation with keys in the door as we usually do. Got a phone call (7 actually) whilst driving to airport. When I looked at my phone they were all from the owner. I called him back immediately believing I had left something behind, only to be told that he wants cash for our stay!! Given the language barrier I asked a police officer at the airport to call him and explain that our flight was that evening and if he wanted cash he’d have to come to the airport. He refused and asked us to leave it with “Tatiana” who was working for Croatian Airlines!! I asked the police officer to witness the “transaction” and I assume he got his money but what a thoroughly unacceptable arrangement!!
