Lovely apartment

Cant rate this highly enough. Next to harbour where we got off the boat from split. About 20-25 min walk to old town or 5 min on the bus. Apartment spotlessly clean and comfortable. Large supermarket and bus station 5 min walk. Would stay here again next time im in dubrovnik!

Home away from home

Stayed here for one night after coming off a cruise ship and then heading to pick up Sail Croatia. It was a little oasis right in the middle of the Gruz port area.....5 mins to anywhere.
Room is 3 star which was fine forone night and a place you could easily stay for a week.
Ankica was our host and she was amazing.....nothing was too difficult and very willing to assist. The room was cosy and extremely comfortable. It has the many, many little extras you don't get from large hotels. Tea, coffee , cold,drinks in the fridge for us to welcome us, fresh fruit bowl, and cookies. TV with a couple of English channels was most appreciated, fridge, aircon etc.....
The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable.
We would,highly recommend this establishment.

Wonderful, cosy second home in Dubrovnik

Beautiful studio with everything you wish for while visiting wonderful Dubrovnik. The studio is located in the Gruz district, very close to the harbour, main bus stations, supermarkets, shops and restaurants. The old town is in walking distance too (2km).
The owner is a real "host", helpful, very friendly and she made me feel welcome from the beginning onwards. She even collected me and my suitcase when I went the opposite direction from where I was supposed to go.
The studio is spotless, everything is new, clean and with love for detail. It is spacious and you will find more than you need there. Kitchenette with everything, beauty products, tv, stereo, surround sound system, jar of delicioud cookies, tea and coffee machine and I even received a welcome and good bye present. Thank you so much, I felt so welcome and at home, I will definitely come again.

Amazing apartment with everything you need

We were very pleased with the apartment and only bad thing to say about it was that we didn't spend enough time in it on our short stay.
Location was good, there is restaurants near, just down to harbour. Walk to old town was bit long, but in a good day we didn't mind and there is buses running to that direction all the time.
Finding a carpark was challenging, but staff helped us to find a spot near by, streets are very narrow and free parking is rare.
Service was excellent and very flexible. Good place to stay, specially if you're around for longer time than few nights.

Fantastic Accommodation

We only stayed here for one night but thought great, fantastic location and very friendly staff. Huge bed plenty of space and some homemade limoncello made our trip really nice. Had air conditioning so made the heat less taxing inside. Great place, highly recommend.
