Fresh accommodation in quiet area

With its quiet location and a very nice host, this small but fresh and well-disposed studio apartment with kitchenette is a good starting point for a visit to Dubrovnik. Outside the room there is a small garden with seating area. Lovely after a day in the sunshine and crowds in the historic Old Town.

Unimaginable behavior - Stay Away from this property!

Family of 4 with two young girls ages 8 and 4 arrived in Dubrovnik today from Montenegro. Had to stand in front of the apartment for almost 2 hours as the host simply refused us entry ( fully paid up reservation btw in advance) as there was a miscommunication about the booking. He refused to show up and simply said he won’t let us enter. Both my wife and I called him several times to atleast let us in the apartment for an hour or so to freshen up and think of alternative arrangements. He simply refused !
In my 20 years plus years of travel experience around the world, both on work and leisure, this really has been the lowest point - someone simply refusing to show up at the property or offer even any help!
There are great reviews about the host, guy called Miho and must be true. However be warned if anything goes slightly amiss, he will simply drop you like hot brick. With this host, please please travel with extreme caution.
I will take legal recourse of course and spread the word- especially for young families. Happy to offer a detailed description of events.

Below image is of the luggage on road in front of the apartment. I have not included the image of my family.

Horrible. Blacklist.

Horrible. Never stay here.
Should be black listed.
We booked the apartment for a family stay. Fully paid up in advance.
No one picked up the phone while trying to find the location. When we finally reached no one came to tell us which apartment. Kept standing in road for 2 hours.

Allez y!
