All right.

We stayed one night after a week spent in Montenegro. The accommodation is perfect as it is very close to Dubrovnik airport. We were able to visit the very pretty town of cavtat. The apartment was very clean with a beautiful sea view. It is very functional. Nothing was missing. Welcoming was very warm. I recommend.

Ideal place near airport

We really liked our stay at Villa Mimoza. We booked it because it is super close to the airport (less than 10 minutes). It is located above a supermarket (convenienly) which offers free parking. We received a warm welcome and got some tips about restaurants in the area.
The room is spacious, spotlessly clean and has airconditioning. Everything we needed was there: coffee making facilities, a good shower with nice water pressure and a comfortable bed. The big wow factor of this accommodation is the roof terrace with the view over the bay. There are plenty of seating places there and parasols to relax. It was about 10 minutes of driving to the peninsula, where you find lots of restaurants.

There is better in the area

Apartment located on the main road into Dubrovnik, above a supermarket, so outside the center of Cavtat.
The room was very hot, despite the air conditioning, the bathroom was small and cramped and still had the vintage curtain, the bed was comfortable, but the room was not very clean. The girl at the reception was kind, who spoke Italian well, but the boy who refused us the courtesy of letting us take a shower before leaving in the afternoon was less welcoming, even though we wanted to pay extra.

OUTSTANDING!

I stayed here with a friend for 3 days in July and had the BEST experience! The owners are simply wonderful and they go out of their way to help in any way they can. We were even given a piece of homemade cake! This hotel offers wonderful views of the sea, and the best sunsets you can get. It's about a 20 minute walk downhill to the harbor, and only a $4 Uber ride home (it's all uphill). It's a solid 30 minutes to Dubrovnik, but, we intentionally stayed outside of the city to avoid the crowds. HIGHLY, highly recommend this wonderful place. It's right above a grocery store, so it's convenient for Uber pick up / drop off, and for buying food. LOVED it here!

Clean, comfortable, with great service.

We were a big group of 10 and stayed for 3 days in Villa Mimoza. Christian who checked us into the apartment was super helpful and hospitable during our stay there. He helped us with recommendations on tours in Dubrovnik (even helped us book a tour), made us feel super welcome throughout our stay, and even offered us home-made cherry liquor as well as apple pie. We decided to stay at Cavtat as Dubrovnik would be way pricier (not to mention the parking there is exorbitant), and it was probably a good decision. There is a supermarket just below where the apartment is located, and the apartment has a great view every evening at sunset. Price/cost is very reasonable as well.
