Avoid This Place at All Costs. It Is Not What It Claims to Be
This is not a real hotel. It is just a run-down building divided into small rooms with no real windows and staff who clearly do not care. The room was filthy from top to bottom. The pillowcases, sheets, shower mat, and blanket cover were all stained and smelled unwashed. It looked like no one had cleaned anything properly in a long time.
I asked the staff to clean the room again because it was obviously dirty. When I returned later, they had only made the bed with the same sheets. Nothing was actually cleaned. The only reason I managed to stay for three nights was because I brought my own bedding.
There was no natural light. A single dirty glass pane sat above the bed, and it could not be opened. The whole place felt dark, airless, and cheap.
The worst part was the noise. The walls were paper thin, and you could clearly hear people in other rooms having sex. It was loud and constant, day and night. It really felt like some guests were renting rooms by the hour. This place is absolutely not suitable for families or children.
After a few nights, I decided to leave and find another hotel. The staff refused to help call a taxi and just made an “X” sign with their hands. The wifi barely worked, and the few amenities they provided felt too dirty to touch.
They did give bottled water, but even that could not make up for how uncomfortable and unhygienic everything was.
If you are still thinking about staying here, please don’t. It will ruin your trip. Wait a little longer, save a bit more, or choose a different destination. Anything is better than this place.

Good location, fun rooms
For a good price you can start for a few days.
Very close for the subway stations and restaurants, and touristic places to visite

Happy as larry
We did not speak much to the service staff but they always greeted you with a smile and came across very relaxed.
Locatio is excellent for a different experience of seoul and the food culture is so active at night!
If you can get over the fact its a love hotel/was etc....you will experince a great place to rest for a good price.
Also dont get excited for the breakfast here, for the price and type of hotel it is they dont cater for it..if you're hungry just walk out the front and you will instantly find places to eat!

Unexpected call 1 day before check-in
Booked a room 10 days prior to check-in. I asked them if I could choose a specific room I want to stay. They said it is fine and gave me a confirmation about my booking. Then 1 day before check-in, in the evening, they called me saying that they can not let me stay in the room I wanted cuz long term guests are staying in the room since few days ago. They said there is nothing they can do for me! Totally incomprehensible and unilateral notice it was.
호텔측으로부터 예기치 못한 변경을 당하고 싶지 않다면 예약하지 않는것을 추천합니다. 체크인 날짜로부터 10일전에 예약했는데요. 예약하면서 특정 방으로 지정 예약이 가능할지 물었고 가능하다는 말을듣고 예약후 전화로 컨펌까지 받았습니다. 근데 체크인 하루전에 전화가 와서는 그방에 배정해 줄수 없다 하네요. 일주일 장기 외국인손님이 와서 며칠전부터 그방이 차있다구요. 어이가 없어 따지니 어찌 해줄수 없다는 식으로 말하더군요.10일전에 예약했는데 며칠전부터 장기투숙관광객이 방을쓰고 있고 체크인 하루전날 저녁에 일방적인 통보를 받았습니다~~
