The woman at the front desk is so kind and helpful!
I asked a scale to weight my luggages, they didn’t have one but they provided a scale before my check out. It was a bit hard to communicate but we figured it out.
The men at the front desk can be more friendly.
Other than that, this hotel is okay if you look for a place just for staying. We usually don’t use hotel’s services so that’s a good price/performance hotel for us.

I booked this hotel for 2 nights last week for a solo travel, I saw it’s a 3.6/5 so I gave it a try as there are no many hotels around left by the time I booked.
The front desk barely knows English and his attitude is not that very helpful and kind. When I went to my floor the lights are very dimmed and it feels no good. When I went into the room, it smells no good as well, feels like lots of people smoked there. The room was not clean and the main light was broken so there is not enough light in the room. Stains are everywhere and I even found a piece of hair on the comb.
The tissue box looked not tidied up as shown in the picture. It was very mysterious that I found a charcoal whcih made me associate with something bad happened in the room.
The stay was very unpleasant and I abandoned my booked of the second night and went to another hotel for the second night stay. Will definitely not go back and strongly not recommending this to any of you.
