Nice place in a great against (Sinchon/Hongdae Street) and good metro access
The Brown Suites Hotel Sinchon Central is more of a serviced apartment hotel, in an apartment complex and shops the rooms are spread over different floors. Neighbors are therefore Koreans and not necessarily hotel guests. I found that very pleasant. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and was cleaned daily. The reception staff was always friendly and helpful towards me.
The room was large enough and was cleaned daily (incl. Towel change), the bathroom may be a bit none but sufficiently large if you are alone. In the room there is still a small kitchenette this I did not use. There is also a large refrigerator available. The bed was very comfortable I slept very well in it. The only downside during my stay was the air conditioning was switched off and switched to winter operation (heating), but this was so as it could hardly withstand in the room (about 35 degrees), after consultation with the reception the heating could then probably be deactivated in my room, which worked partially.
The hotel does not offer any food but directly in the building there is a coffee e.g. for breakfast or in the evening a restaurant, both I did not use as there are enough alternatives in the area for a coffee in the morning or a dinner. PS times looking for the coffee "Coffee Break" about 10 minutes walk recommended, a very nice coffee with sandwiches for breakfast;-)
From my point of view, the hotel has a good location, may not be located directly in the tourist center but you get there well. Take the Airport Express (AREX) just to the stop "Hongik Univ." (about 45-60 min), from there walk about 15 minutes to the hotel. From the hotel, take line 2 at Sinchon station (line 2) to the tourist centre. I struggled with the Metro tickets, especially because the machines somehow don’t accept a credit card, the easiest way to buy a T-Money Card in 7-11, top up the amount and go to the Metro. By the way, with the T-Money Card you can also take the AREX (All Stop) Train from "Hongik Univ." to the airport.
The counter around the Hotel Sinchon/Hongdae Street offers numerous activities in the form of nighlife/bars and restaurants. From my point of view, one of the best neighborhoods to stay.

Worst and dirtiest motel ever
Dirty mouldy. No towels no service crew. Room not cleaned. Cleaning staff only throw rubbish. Worst ever hotel for this price. Avoid at all costs

There was mold all over the shower and the bathroom in general. they patched the huge hole with scrap wallpaper to cover the moldy wall that was next to the bathroom. The housekeeper kept smoking in our bathroom and reeked of cigarettes whenever they came in to replace the towels. Looks nothing like the photos and the outlet for the kitchen was broken and covered. Some parts of the sofa was ripped. The curtains couldn’t close properly and the shower handle popped out without even touching it. Also the sink was clogged for the first two days but they eventually fixed it but it was inconvenient for the four of us staying.

Dont rely on stock images, the room was not clean at all, walls dirty/not wiped, hair and rubbish from previous guest still in the room, walls are thin so you can hear the neighbours and elevator outside loud, hard bed, bathroom was bad with dirty grout titles, siding door padding was removed which made the place unsafe, no shower curtain which resulted the entire bathroom all wet

Very friendly staff. Clean rooms and great location. The room was a bit small for 2 people.
