Clean room, good location, all communication done via the app but the team get back to you quickly.
Only suggestion would be a tea towel to dry the dishes.

A functional apartment stay in Busan

This was an interesting experience. It's basically a bunch of different apartments in one building, all managed under a few different companies offering basically the same thing. The room itself was functional but small (even though it was apparently one of the larger ones). The bed was very low, so those with mobility issues might reconsider. It had a kitchenette that I didn't really use apart from the kettle and fridge, and did have a washing machine - though no drier. The clothes rack was bizarrely small (what is this, a clothes rack for ANTS?) and my laundry took the better part of 48 hours to actually dry. So don't leave laundry to the last minute. Bathroom is also TINY. Barely enough room to turn around in. Expect the floor to get quite wet after a shower. The vanity basin is outside the bathroom too, which is a bit of a plus. We also could not for the life of us work out how to watch any TV, but this was not a major point - just something we found puzzling. Overall though, the room was very clean.
The view from up on high was quite nice.
Location was good, very handy to a metro. A few restaurants around, and a number a short walk away. Noise was negligible.
I'll add that there were only 2 pillows for the bed. We requested and received two more quite promptly, so there are staff on-site somewhere.
Check-in is at 4pm and is all handled remotely with a code sent to you, so ensure you have data coverage to get it. Luggage storage worked ok though hardly secure.
There are 3 lifts servicing 20+ floors, so there's certainly potential for a long wait at peak times, but we never experienced it.
My last comment is that standing outside my room and looking along the corridor, my initial thought was "this looks like a prison". It didn't detract from my stay, but jeez...it gave off prison vibes.

It was a little apartment but it provided us with everything we needed for our stay in Busan. We absolutely love Jeonpo area (stayed here on a previous trip) so it was perfectly located for us. There is a convenience store at the entrance and so many cute cafés and restaurants nearby. The metro entrance is right in front of the building (so convenient) and when we had some difficulties with the WiFi someone came to fix it right away. The apartment itself is nice and modern and the view from the rooftop is also very impressive! Communication went smoothly, we really enjoyed our stay.

Very good Location, easy Check-in, clean and cozy rooms but on the smaller side, 2 bigger suitcases would fit hardly.
The shower and bathroom are not physically seperated which causes may cause wet feet if the toilet is used shortly after showering.

Very clean and affordable, and a great location. Having a washer in unit was very convenient.
