The dreamiest stay!

My mother and I stayed in Signiel Busan in May for two nights and we had the most magical experience from start to finish! In fact, it was one of the biggest highlights of our 10-day trip travelling around Korea.
The room was beautiful, luxurious and comfortable with the most stunning view of Haeundae beach. We were greeted by the loveliest staff at Concierge and I specifically want to thank Ye na (Bella) for the warmest welcome with a Signiel tea and snack and the upmost level of professionalism. Signiel had the most glorious breakfast (with a coffee bar and the freshest ingredients!) and dinner, both of which had a wide variety of cuisines and dishes. We also visited the lounge for afternoon complementary drinks and snacks in with stunning view in a peaceful space. The staff at Signiel are at an exceptional level of customer service with high calibre care to the guests. My mother and I will remember our stay here for the rest of our lives and I cannot wait to return in the future! Thank you for a truly unforgettable experience.

Fantastic in every aspect

The hotel is beautiful, modern and exceptionally clean. We especially appreciated the outstanding service provided by every member of staff. The cleaning crew did an amazing job and were super sweet.
The complimentary afternoon refreshments were also a lovely touch and, together with the kindness of the staff, made our stay particularly memorable.
As this is a large hotel, the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options catering to both Western and Asian tastes. I particularly enjoyed the pho station.

Nice but isolating if you are a foreigner

We stayed here for 3 nights as Americans and expected the luxury and service given when staying at a 5 star hotel. The room was nice and the facilities were great, however we often felt isolated as foreigners. You were only allowed to enter the pool once a day and breakfast was very expensive and not worth the price. When sitting down for breakfast, we got up to get food and another couple sat down in our seat and stole our spot. This caused the staff to make us move, not the people who took our spot and then never served us our coffee or tea. We felt like we were a second priority there and that was not a fun experience especially in a 5 star hotel.

Gear overall, but for the price of a ocean view with balcony it was a bit disappointing that the hotel next to it was playing party music through the whole day Only allowed enter insoor/outdoor once a day.

An unforgettable anniversary, thanks to two truly wonderful staff members
We chose Signiel Busan to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it became a trip we will never forget — thanks to the truly wonderful staff.
Our concierge, Dave (Kim Hyun-wook), arranged a beautiful anniversary surprise for us, took care of every taxi we needed, and even helped us organize the international shipping of a painting we purchased. Every interaction was warm, thoughtful, and genuinely heartfelt.
We were also helped enormously by another gentleman on the staff who spoke wonderful Japanese — we are so sorry we did not catch his name, but he assisted us again and again with such kindness, and we would love to send him our deepest thanks as well.
The hotel is gorgeous with stunning views, but it was the sincere hospitality of these two that made our stay truly special. Thank you so much, Dave and to the kind Japanese-speaking gentleman — we will definitely be back. Highly recommended!
