Spacious Room with a Nice Ocean View, but More Like an Airbnb Experience
We had a pleasant stay overall. The room was very spacious and had a partial view of the ocean, which was a nice bonus. I also really appreciated the water filter and the very large fridge, which made the room especially convenient for a longer stay.
Check-in was smooth, but there are a few things to be aware of. The front desk is not open past 10 PM, so if you’re arriving later, you need to reach out to the hotel in advance. They provided us with a code for a self check-in, which worked well. Check-out is also done on your own.
The hotel operates more like an Airbnb in some ways, including having rules about separating your trash before leaving. Cleaning is not provided daily but they do leave fresh towels hung on your door daily.
One thing I would definitely recommend planning for: there is no iron or ironing board in the room or provided. If you’re staying here, bring clothes that don’t need ironing—or be prepared to get creative!
Overall, the spacious room, partial ocean view, water filter, and huge fridge were great features. Just be aware that the experience is more self-service and Airbnb-like than a traditional full-service hotel.

Great view, plenty of room for six people. Please note it is two beds and one floor mat bed for sleeping arrangements. Close to many restaurants and the beach.

Centrally placed with just a short walk to the beach and to the main street. On the down side: No glasses or cutlery. Washing machine was not working

It is very close to the Haeundae beach, and surrounded by plenty of convenience stores. Room is modern, the sink and shower drain is very smooth. It is a pleasant stay in general.
Hotel staff is responsive in replying the message via booking platform.
Things to note:
1. They do not offer daily room cleaning, only free for every 3 days. Would be a lot better if there is daily cleaning.
2. Suggest to have floor towel for the shower room to avoid wet floor.
3. Suggest to have at least one rack / hook in the shower room (other than that on the shower curtain), there is no place to hang the towels.
4. Wish that we could use the washing machine in the room, it is a pity that there is one but cant be used.
5. The check-in counter staff are generally helpful, but the staff with the check-in is in cool face with no greeting no smile not saying a word extra (her English is very good so it is not language barrier), just "this is your room number and the password to get in", that's all, she expected all guests to read the 2 pages A4 instruction by themselves she just don't bother to remind anything, not even the check-out time. Feeling a bit cold....

Enjoyed my stay- the Deluxe Family Twin City room was very clean and spacious with 2 beds, a kitchenette, a large bathroom and terrace. Really loved the heated floors. Bed was very firm and comfortable and the A/C worked well. Walkable to the beach and public transportation - a 8-10 minute walk to each. Convenience stores and eateries all over.
A shame the washer in the room was not accessible and the amenities of the building (gym, pool) were not included (extra fee), but not a deal breaker for me. Would definitely stay again.
