One of the Best Hostels I've Ever Stayed In

This was honestly one of the best hostels I have ever stayed at. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. The atmosphere is warm, friendly, and relaxed, making it easy to connect with other travelers while still having space to enjoy your own routine.
The hostel is very clean and well organized, and the bed was extremely comfortable. As someone who works remotely, I also really appreciated the work-friendly spaces and reliable environment for getting things done.
What truly makes this place special is the people. The staff are incredibly kind, caring, and genuinely welcoming. They create a sense of community that is hard to find and that made my stay even more memorable.
The location is another big plus: it's a great neighborhood with plenty of shops, cafés, restaurants, and everything you might need within walking distance.
I stayed here for several days and left feeling grateful for the experience. I would happily return and highly recommend this hostel to anyone looking for more than just a place to sleep.

Horrible staff

Nice hostel, but one staff member was profoundly misogynistic towards me- not just rude. I would be unsurprised to learn he has committed violence against women, he showed all the signs.

Rude service, very noisy and poor location in Poblado

Rude service when we arrived. Santiago (Feb 21 in the afternoon) did not finish our check in before trying to sell tours to other clients. He showed a pretty girl around but no information for us (like wifi or the amenities). The guy at the reception the next day (Feb 22) was much nicer.
I would not recommend it if you would like some rest. We had a private room with bathroom on the 3rd floor. It was very noisy until past midnight and during the whole morning.
Finally, the hostel is not in a very nice part of Poblado.

Excellent Room, Excellent Service at Reception! All very top! I was with my wife and baby in the suite and everything was perfect. Excellent bed and great shower!
