From check in to check out, The DuParc & everyone there are fantastic! Sara checked me in & was as sweet as can be. Victor was wonderful assisting me to my room & showing me what I needed to know. Alejandro & Diego in the evening are awesome. Juan Carlos & Alex during the evenings was very helpful. Edwin was always helpful with a smile. Carlos & the breakfast crew were attentive & pleasant. Estefania & Housekeeping were wonderful & always pleasant as well. The other female staff members were always sweet also & Yuliana is excellent when it comes to booking & communication. I highly recommend this hotel. 5 Star experience for sure. I look forward to my return!

Breakfast was included and had variety. The staff was excellent from day one check in! Even brought me a welcome drink. Location is great and a walk away from where you wanna be! I will definitely be back again when I’m in Medillin! Thank you for having me.

It is a good hotel a little old style . At 3am a bid noise for 5 or 7 minutes every morning ?

Nice Hotel ,has good staff and clean facilities.

Near restaurants and parks.
Secure and close to transit system.
The omelette lady does a good job.
The house keeping crew is also good.
