A gem in Laureles: Incredible staff, ideal location, and price.
Hello, I am from Ecuador and live in the USA. I visited Medellin with my boyfriend, and we were fascinated by the attention, cleanliness, and location of Factory Lofts in Laureles.
They welcomed us like family, always with a smile. The staff they have is well-trained and attends to you in a very natural manner: Sol and Pauliana keep the place immaculate. Thank you, ladies.
Andres, Emiliano, Fabian, and Santiago are an elite team. I met all of them, and they are incredibly kind. Everyone made our stay an unforgettable experience, and I always want to return and continue exploring Medellin. The view from the hotel terrace is fascinating. I will never tire of recommending them. Thank you, thank you for all the attention given.

Great time in Medellin
My girlfriend and I were guests for over a week at this wonderful hotel in the beautiful Laureles neighborhood. The property is actually a mix of a hotel and a vacation apartment. You have a kitchen in the loft and the apartment is cleaned if you want. On the roof, there is a pool and the opportunity to work out with dumbbells. Anyone who wants to work will find various coworking spaces on the second floor.
We particularly liked the helpfulness of the reception staff. They gave us many interesting tips regarding Medellin and even watched our dog for one night when we were at a party. Many thanks for that, especially to Andres and Emiliano!

Great Location, Difficult to Sleep
Modern, clean loft in a great Laureles location. We appreciated the early check-in, friendly staff, and laundry facilities. The area is convenient, with plenty of restaurants and a mall nearby. The biggest downside was the noise. It was extremely loud at night due to the nearby clubs and traffic, making it very difficult to sleep. We brought our own AirPods and the loft also gave us earplugs. However it was still difficult to sleep. In the end we were exhausted and wish we had booked a quieter location. Better soundproofing would greatly improve the experience.

I can truly recommend this place. We stayed in a wonderful studio apartment, and it was perfect to have our own little kitchen and plenty of space. Everything was spotlessly clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and there was a large TV.
When we arrived, we were welcomed with a thoughtful welcome package including water, beer, coffee, and a delicious locally made cake. Such a lovely surprise!
Guests can use the laundry facilities free of charge, and there’s a beautiful rooftop pool with the most amazing view. In the evening, it turns into a warm jacuzzi, which was absolutely fantastic.
The service is also outstanding. A huge shout-out to Andres, who is always happy to help. He is welcoming and attentive at the reception, and he also replies instantly on WhatsApp whenever you need anything.
There is no doubt in our minds: if you’re visiting Medellín, this is the place to stay! ☀️

Unforgettable vacation
I stayed at this hotel and had a lovely experience. The location of the hotel is very strategic, surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants, a supermarket, a pharmacy, and banks for withdrawing/exchanging money.
As for the room, it was very clean, well-equipped, and well-maintained, which made our stay very comfortable. We also enjoyed the terrace on the top floor, where there is a pleasant small pool ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring the city.
I must especially thank Andrés for his excellent attention, availability, and the information he provided me to visit the most beautiful places in an easy and safe way, and above all for his great patience
Upon my return to Medellín, I will not hesitate to stay once again (the hotel is highly recommended)
