The Value and Location are Hotel's Strongest Assets

Nice hotel located in the upscale Granada neighborhood. The room was comfortable and basic. Located within walking distance to many of the cities tourist attractions. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful. I had no complaints during my stay and would stay for the same price.

Only good for the location

The only rescueable thing is the location, as it is close to very good restaurants and other shops and is very close to the tourist areas. The bad: old man, dirty sheets and towels, room with no outside window, breakfast ran out and they didn't restock and it wasn't what you saw in the pictures. There was a day when other guests played music at full volume, we talked at reception and nobody did anything.

Appalling

Terrible facilities, dirty rooms. I don't recommend it at all. One thing is the photos they publish and another is what the hotel is like, bathrooms with clogged drains. old and damaged furniture. bad smell in the rooms. regular staff service.

Very poor

The hotel needed a renovation and refurbishment 10 years ago. Now I think it's hopeless. They put is in a windowless room, probably the worst hotel room I've ever stayed in. The lamp next to the bed had no lightbulb, so all we had was an aggressive lamp on the ceiling (as there was no natural light). The whole place is just beyond depressing.
Better stay in the Ibis nearby.
Two stars because the staff seemed nice.

It's ok

It's a hotel just to go to sleep, it's located in a good place near to a lot of things. The bed is a bit hard, but it's convenient. Breakfast was good, and the attention was perfect, very kind people. I was on a pleasure trip with my husband and things went well. It's near to good restaurants so it's nice to walk around.
