Very friendly staff

The location is great. Walking distance from Exito!, bakery, restaurants and cafe. The staff is very attentive and always ready to help with a smile and very considerate of guest needs. Would definitely recommend.

Terrible.

Beware of extra charges. They charged me 80,000 for a key that was not lost. When I complained, the attitude was dismissive. They do not acknowledge mistakes, and they do not refund money. The minibar does not compensate for a bad experience.

Although the service was very good by the staff, the room itself was below average, some things that need repairing and barely a bed and a tiny tv, nothing else, basic things like a mini fridge was not available.

Not a place for a holiday, or bussines only if you need plastic surgery or you are surgeon

The hotel is placed on an area where many estetic clinics are located, so is comon to see somebody recuperating for surgery having breakfast near you, with all the implications you can imagen. There are many street vendors near the hotel wich make it noisy and busy, the worst part is that there is billar or bar or something right besides the hotel.
We also had a bad experience with the check in, they missed our reservation, even having the reservation on hand they did not recognised, but "luckly" they have a room for a higher price, also they charge us with 50% of our stay before hand and 3 days before the check out we were asked to pay the balance, which I consider very wierd.
They mostly ask you "how do you like your eggs" for breakfast, until they run out of them so them they offer someting diferent. None of the options were good.
They remove furniture from our room without asking, wich I also consider inapropiate.
But is clean and space is fairy good and the beds are good and they have various pillows in the room with different qualities.
